Gavin Stone

Gavin Stone has worked as the Youth Adviser for the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich for the past 4-½ years, having previously worked as a Youth and Community Worker for a parish in Ipswich. 

He is Chair of the Church of England National Youth Executive and representative on the Archbishops’ Council Board of Education Youth Panel.  Locally, Gavin is Vice-Chair of Young Suffolk and a member of the Professional Advisory Group of the Suffolk Safeguarding Children Board.

Gavin has a degree in Youth and Community Work and Applied Theology and is currently two-thirds of the way through his studies for a Masters in Business Administration. 
Gavin is 30 years old, been married to Sarah for 7-½ years and has two children, Ethan (3-½) and Ella (9 months).
